  1. Increase student achievement as measured by API, 24 points through alignment of grading practices to districtwide diagnostic measures

  2. Contract negotiations that improve evaluation and staff morale but don't enhance the unfunded, automatic, compounded increases in personnel costs

  3. Successfully negotiate State approval of unification
