 District Goals 

1. Increase student achievement as measured by API, 24 points through alignment of grading practices to district-wide diagnostic measures
2. Contract negotiations that improve evaluation and staff morale but don’t enhance the unfunded, automatic, compounded increases in personnel costs 
3. Successfully negotiate State approval of unification
